Understanding the Motivations and Concerns of Your Childcare Staff

  • August 26, 2020

Managing your staff may have become more complicated and challenging in the pandemic world. Your staff have new concerns and fears, and may display these feelings in a multitude of ways. Staff members need support and guidance as they navigate this new normal.

Beth Cannon recently joined us for a webinar to discuss understanding the motivations and concerns of your staff by first understanding their personality type. Beth introduced the Enneagram Personality Test that will help you understand the core fears and motivations of your team. She shares strategies for coping with the NINE Enneagram personality types that you may encounter in your staff members.

Interested in finding out your own Enneagram type? Take a test here. View our other webinars with Beth Cannon on our Youtube channel here.
